Loving Kindness Guided Meditation

17 March 2020 – We are in the early days of COVID-19 and the metaphor of a marathon is taking root in me. If this drastic change of daily life is going to last a while, well, sooner or later you’re going to come face to face with your own self.

Guided meditation (and silent meditation) can help ground you in the depths of who you are and who God is. It’s not an easy thing, but if you practice each day, it is a deeply helpful thing.

Take 20 minutes and this meditation will work on your heart. The more you practice this one, the more it changes you. Find a comfortable and quiet spot, close your eyes, and see what God can do with you.

The first short video is my introduction. The second video is the meditation. Find a quiet place, get comfortable, close your eyes, and see how God can work on that heart and life of yours.
