CGP Membership Frequently Asked Questions
The Continuous Growth Pathway (CGP) is a membership-based program available only to the rostered leaders serving in the Southeastern Minnesota and Southwestern Minnesota synods of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. The Continuous Growth Pathway is an outreach ministry of Gustavus Adolphus College led in partnership with synod leadership of Southern Minnesota and an expansion of the Pastor-to-Pastor program which the college and synod partnership began in 2004. Established in 2019, the Continuous Growth Pathway is a recipient of a generous grant as a part of the Thriving in Ministry Initiative of the Lilly Endowment, Inc.
An annual membership fee of $500 gives members exclusive access to the full menu of Continuous Growth Pathway program offerings each year. The membership period is January 1 – December 31. Memberships are accepted at any time and on a prorated basis. For those in need of financial assistance, partial scholarships are available upon request.
